Jay Lee from Karma Tour picked us up at the Twin Fin for a tour to Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial.  He was amazing and on the way to the tour and back to the hotel gave us so much information about Honolulu.  He showed us Chinatown and the Punchbowl Crater, along with Iolani Palace, and pointed out types of trees and many other things.  He was a wonderful tour guide!

First time family trip in Hawaii. Naturally, Pearl Harbor was on the list. Was having a challenging time getting tickets through the National Parks website and didn't want to risk the standby line. Also, needed transportation, so we booked a roundtrip with Karma Tour Hawaii (through Trip Advisor), was about $55/pp. It was a small shuttle and there were maybe 20/24 of us. It is air conditioned. You cannot leave items on the bus as they will go pick up another group before coming back to get you from Pearl Harbor. I truly appreciate our driver as there was a mixup with the meet up time and my family was a few minutes late getting to the spot, but our driver was nice enough to wait for us and was really laid back (as is the Hawaiian way) about it. Our driver provided a little historical narration throughout our ride to Pearl Harbor and back. It was a great experience. The only slightly iffy part was that he didn't really want anyone to talk on the bus because of the impromptu narration - which I get on one hand, however, it wasn't really a formal tour. Didn't dampen the trip at all just thought it was funny that he called you out if you were talking. Would book again.

We were a bit confused at first by changes in  pick up location/times before the final pick up.  I almost gave a 4 star rating (instead of a 5 star rating) because of this, but in the end, it worked out. It was just a bit confusing the way details changed, but if you take a deep breath, do as they say and wait for the final details the day before you go on the tour, it worked well. In any case, I couldn’t give less than a 5 star booking; because of the great tour guide/driver we had. Jeff was interesting, funny, very informative and he made the bus trips to and from Pearl Harbor go by very quickly.He gave us meaningful and interesting information about the situation before Pearl Harbor attack and afterwards. On the way home, he talked about the aftermath of the attack as the community rallied to assist medical efforts to save the wounded and comfort the dying,  We also did a drive through of the Cemetery of the Pacific and gave us  bit of Hawaiian history as well. Most importantly, when we alighted at Pearl Harbor, we knew where to go for the Arizona Memorial and when to be back at the bus for the return trip. Pearl Harbor isn’t your normal sightseeing event. It’s history;  its impact on WW 2 and the shock and the sadness of the attack make it much more than a tourist event. So, it was appropriate that Jeff/Karma Tours made sure that the respect for events at Pearl Harbor were clearly identified and acknowledged.

Cuzin B made our Pearl Harbor experience exceptional. He was so knowledgeable about the island and the history of the attack. Art was awesome, he had great energy and great info. He kept the ride fun and packed full of history and knowlage. He was vary accommodating. We were picked up outside of our hotel right on schedule by our lovely guide Finny. Our tour was to the Pearl Harbor memorial. Our guide Finny is very knowledgeable of both the area and the history. He kept us very entertained on the way to and from the Memorial.
